Description
Then you probably need to set some webcam settings manually. There is no-built way in Win 10 to access theses sytem dialogs any more. Microsoft LifeCam tools cannot install any more on Windows 10.
This tool lets you open the settings dialog after you start your video call. Override the apps default camera settings with this app. It also gives you guidance on how to troubleshoot common camera problems.
NOTE: Windows resets camera settings on reboot, this it NOT a bug.
