Le informazioni sui farmaci includono produttore, prezzo, principio attivo, categoria. . Tramite acquisti opzionali è possibile aggiungere le monografie (fogli illustrativi o "bugiardini"), i parafarmaci, i farmaci ospedalieri e le schede farmacologiche.
L'app ti permette di cercare facilmente i farmaci tramite nome commerciale, principio attivo o scansione del codice a barre.
È possibile scrivere le proprie annotazioni su ciascun farmaco, organizzarli nei preferiti e, tramite il modulo opzionale "armadietti", monitorarne la scadenza.
Tramite una funzionalità opzionale è possibile sincronizzare i dati su tutti i tuoi dispositivi tramite iCloud.
iFarmaci Base utilizza su licenza il database Farmadati. I dati del prontuario vengono aggiornati gratuitamente una volta all'anno. Tramite un abbonamento opzionale è possibile ricevere ogni mese dati sempre aggiornati.
iFarmaci, l'app da cui deriva, è presente sullo store dal 2009, è stata premiata da diverse testate online e cartacee e ha ricevuto diversi riconoscimenti anche da Apple.
