Description
This app merely reformats the web-based AFD information in a user-friendly format. All credit for the forecast information goes to all the hardworking people at the NWS.
TBD: I plan to support in-app glossary popups that will describe some of the more arcane acronyms and phrases used in the forecast text.

- Changes have been made to parsing by topic lines. In short, Topics need to conform to the NWS spec of .TOPIC NAME... with at least one dot up front. Some offices are not consistently applying this and it is impossible to sort out a topic 100% accurately without it being conformant. "New" topic updates are still being stripped but I'm noting them in order to indicate updated sections in some other obvious way.
