Description
Quando o colaborador está para fazer sua admissão, precisa ler e enviar vários documentos, tem que tirar foto, passar para o computador para anexar e enviar, por que não fazer tudo pelo celular? Agilizando o processo, ganhando tempo e mantendo a segurança.
O processo de integração tem muitas etapas, muitas informações a serem absorvidas e costuma ter que buscá-las em lugares diferentes, o My Space vem para resolver este problema, ao acessar o aplicativo o colaborador terá dados de qual unidade, projeto será alocado, qual seu gestor, quem irá te apadrinhar, quando são as reuniões de integração e como acessá-las, quais cursos precisa assistir na UNI421.
Os cursos da UNI421 serão listados os que todos que entram na DB1 precisam realizar e por cargos, exemplo se é um desenvolvedor terá cursos especiais e eles estarão com link já de acesso, para não precisar acessar outra aplicação.
Mesmo sendo tudo via aplicativo, o My Space será humanizado, teremos vídeos de boas-vindas, vídeos auxiliares, calendários de eventos internos e externos. O colaborador terá acesso aos seus dados de perfil, férias, histórico de contagens. A DB1 tem seu código de cultura, e eles são enviados via cartões e com o My Space o colaborador terá em suas mãos as cartas que explica cada pilar.
O projeto irá auxiliar os coladores e a empresa, pois todas essas informações estarão integradas com os sistemas internos e as atualizações serão em tempo real, sem necessidade de cadastros manuais.
