TechApp by Shop-Ware
TechApp by Shop-Ware is the only native mobile application crafted with technicians' feedback. It syncs seamlessly with Shop-Ware, an all-in-one cloud-based shop management system that enables automotive repair shops to manage and grow their business. With TechApp’s intuitive and user-friendly interface, technicians can carry out their work directly at the vehicle, streamlining the repair process and enabling customers to get back on the road faster.

Download TechApp by Shop-Ware for increased productivity and streamlined communication between technicians, service advisors, and shop customers.

Included in the first release:

* Easily view summary of work, drill into detailed information while performing services, track job progress in real-time, and keep a detailed record of all findings right from one centralized location.
* Swiping to the right, techs can easily mark an inspection item green. Swiping left will allow the technician to select yellow or red status, directing the tech to the Findings screen where they can record their findings and add images and/or videos to provide context.
* Integrated with the device's native camera, technicians have the full functionality of the phone's camera features to capture the clearest picture from the darkest corner of the undercarriage.
* Share findings with customers using Shop-Ware’s integrated Digital Vehicle Experience (DVX) — car owners will receive a clear presentation of the work that you have done on their vehicle, along with any urgent repairs and maintenance recommendations prioritized by service advisors.
* Receive approvals faster by giving the customer a clear understanding of the priority and urgency of each recommendation. Shop customers are able to quickly approve or decline services without extensive guidance from service advisors. This saves time and showcases the shop’s expertise to their customers.

TechApp by Shop-Ware is available on both iOS and iPadOS devices, enabling technicians to work where they are most efficient - directly at the vehicle.
