A table in which numbers from 1 to 25 are arranged randomly in a 5x5 square.

By fixing your attention on the center of the table, using only your peripheral vision, and repeating the training of finding numbers in order starting from 1, you can train the peripheral vision, attention, concentration, and self-control necessary for memory.
It was originally devised by German psychiatrist and psychotherapist Walter Schulte as a diagnostic test to study attentional characteristics.

Peripheral vision is said to decline with age, but training can not only prevent it, but can also improve it.
