It is more than just a period tracker. We use an ecosystem with easy access to daily personalized expert information to make accurate predictions of menstruation, ovulation, and your most fertile days to help you get pregnant.
Our period and ovulation tracker will help you identify regular or irregular cycles, and the most fertile days for conception, as well as determine various health symptoms. You can also track your cervical mucus, menopause symptoms, basal body temperature, moods, and test results.

Take advantage of the easy-to-use calendar, where you can visualize non-fertile, fertile, ovulation, IVF, expected period, and period days. Use our calculator to see when you may be ovulating and discover when your most fertile days are.
SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
You can download the app for free and use limited functionality without payment. If you’d like to have a full experience with the app, you will need a subscription. Please note that:
When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews and free trial automatically converts into subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
When canceling a subscription or a free trial, your subscription/free trial will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
Femia can help users with ovulation prediction and conception facilitation. The app is not a diagnostic tool and should not be used as a form of contraception. We strongly advise you to seek a doctor’s consultation before making any medical decisions.
