With Spartan FIT, your training guide off the course, you’ll learn to get in peak shape and work to overcome any obstacle in your path. You’ll learn to push out of your comfort zone by training smarter, learning from elite coaches and staying up-to-date on the latest in fitness.

Each week, get access to new crafted workouts made for all fitness levels. Workouts are available as videos on demand and self-guided routines, ranging from 5-60 minutes to fit any schedule. Choose your goal, fitness level and available equipment to get a recommended program, or browse the 250+ workouts crafted by top Spartan coaches.

Get started - the Spartan Fit app is FREE to download.
There are two options for subscriptions to choose from.
• Monthly, billed each month
• Annual, billed once annually
• FREE 7-day trial for new members before subscription begins
• Sign in and sign up with a single log in for all of Spartan
• Email verification is required

Price may vary by location. The subscriptions will be charged through your iTunes account and will renew automatically 24 hours prior to the subscription period runs out. Your subscription may be managed, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

    Introducing Spartan FIT’s new goal-oriented, multi-week programs to take your training to the next level.
    Within a workout, you can now flip your phone on its side and enjoy the new Spartan FIT landscape layout. Perfect for mirroring your phone to your TV or simply viewing the video demonstrations larger on your device.
    Additionally, we’ve made some small functionality and design tweaks.
