Description
This app contains several games and educational challenges to assist users to reach level B1 and level B2 in Portuguese. The app offers users a wide range of games and challenges involving the most diverse learning tools, such as: reading, writing and phonetic exercises that are fully backed by tutorials in ten different languages. Subsequently, a classification grid is generated so that users understand their level of proficiency.
All games and challenges will be presented in a bilingual manner, after users select the chosen language in the Menu.
GO GENIUS is available on Android and on PCs, using Android emulators.
This app is based on previous scientific research in Psychology and Education. The Principal Researcher Sandra igueiredo suggests: “(…) spend short daily moments (15 to 20 minutes) learning in this app for greater effectiveness. (…)”.
This app has a free of charge phase (first eight days after launch) and a paid phase. It is the only app on language teaching and learning on the market that ensures access to all content through a single purchase (€ 3.99) of the app, with no monthly fees!
The main purpose of this app is to assist users to learn European Portuguese without difficulties and with all possible rigour.
GO GENIUS é uma aplicação mobile destinada à aprendizagem assistida de Português Europeu, desenvolvida pela Professora Doutora Sandra Figueiredo, investigadora do Centro de Investigação em Psicologia da Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (CIP-UAL) com financiamento da Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia (FCT). Os seus principais utilizadores - idade acima de 7 anos - são sobretudo imigrantes portugueses e estrangeiros, abrangendo todas as faixas etárias. Também como ferramenta pedagógica para as escolas.
Ao longo desta aplicação mobile serão apresentados diversos jogos e desafios didáticos para que os utilizadores atinjam níveis em Português Europeu. Esta aplicação mobile fornece aos seus utilizadores uma vasta gama de jogos e desafios direcionados para os mais diversos motores de aprendizagem, tais como: exercícios de leitura, de escrita e de fonética que são totalmente auxiliados por tutoriais disponíveis em dez línguas distintas, sendo posteriormente gerada uma grelha de classificação com o intuito de os seus utilizadores perceberem o seu nível de proficiência.
Todos os jogos e desafios serão apresentados de forma bilingue, após a seleção da língua pelo utilizador no Menu.
GO GENIUS está disponível em Android e no seu PC, recorrendo ao uso de emuladores de Android.
Esta aplicação mobile tem por base uma prévia investigação científica em Psicologia e Educação. A Investigadora Responsável Prof. Doutora Sandra Figueiredo sugere aos utilizadores o seguinte: “(…) dedique momentos curtos diários (15 a 20 minutos) à aprendizagem do Português Europeu através desta app para maior eficácia. (…)”.
É a única app no mercado de ensino e aprendizagem de línguas que assegura o acesso a todos os conteúdos de uma só vez.
O intuito principal desta aplicação mobile é que aprenda Português Europeu sem qualquer tipo de complicação e com todo o rigor possível.
