Advertisement ▼ is an easy to use application designed to deal with quantitative PCR (QPCR) raw data. You can import QPCR raw data and create a new project using your own TXT and CSV files or use the samples provided by the developer.
The program is designed to allow you to change the data that you take into consideration. You can edit the data of each well separately or select and modify a group of wells.
You also can change the targets and samples properties (name, efficiency of the primers), and remove or add new ones. You can disable wells in order to not take them into account for calculations.
