This product doesn't work at all as described. It's clunky to use and the quality is very poor. There are sound issues and the recorder doesn't capture the entire Skype screen. Further, customer support is nonexistent. Emails are ignored and there's no phone number to call. I can't recommend avoiding this product strongly enough.   R.
