  I have reverted back the BIOS to f12. Now everything is ok.
My OS is WIN 7 64 Bit, Logitec G110 Keyboard, Razor DeathAdder Mouse, GA-EX58-UD5 Ver 1.0 MOBO. HDD = 3x1Tb,1x2Tb. 6x2Gb =12Gb DDR3 1600 RAM.

  I have the exact same problem: choppiness. It didn't solve the problem.

I had this problem before, and running the flash and restarting the computer worked. I have this problem again, and it's not solving the problem.

  I have a a dell inspiron n5010 at first my bios version was A04 then I updated it to A13 after the reboot my system be faster and usage of memory becomes lower (from 31% to 21% for usual usage including internet+music)
but i faced a problem after updating bios I tried to re index my systems rating when I re run the widows could not to rate my system!
I faced error while indexing!

  This doesn't work on WIN 2000! AHHHHH
ANYONE know of a driver for the m-audio fast track for WIN 2000?
