Advertisement ▼ Formwork Inspector (FI) is an easy to use application which provides functionality of both plumb bob and bubble level. With this tool, one can know the slope of any object and can be used for purposes like leveling wall paintings, table tops, carpenter work etc.
FI has been developed keeping the needs at construction site in mind, using this one can carry out on-site inspection of formwork/shuttering to make sure that they have been set up at correct angles as per the plans. FI can help you reach your targets in time by saving you all that time spent on hanging plumb bobs by the formwork to ensure they are perpendicular to the ground. Besides bubble level in it can help you know if slab casted is at level, if the brick/block work is horizontal and much more.
Instructions:
Plumb Bob: Hold your phone against anything(back side) that you want to determine is vertical and keep the bubble within the red graduations. After the phone is in right orientation, you can note the angle.
Bubble Level: Rest your phone on the surface you want to check is horizontal and see if the bubble settles within the red circle. You can also know the angle of the surface.
