The interactive Cost Segregation Calculator allows anyone to enter simple building information and get a realistic range of the Cost Segregation benefit. The App also provides information about Cost Segregation, Asset Retirement and Section 179D services. Futhermore, the App incorporates Evaluation Request Forms which can be filled out via the App in order to get an accurate estimate of the tax benefits available.
