Centraal staat Rupert, een lief groen ruimtewezentje dat op de planeet Tikitoeka woont.
Met zijn zelfgebouwde ruimteschip vliegt hij naar de aarde en verkent er telkens een ander land.
En ook op Tikitoeka is er van alles te ontdekken.
Alles wat Rupert leert, wil hij delen. Wat begon als een reeks met reisverhalen is uitgegroeid tot een volledige bib met verschillende thema's.
