WiFi Config Editor allows you to modify existing WiFi Configs without root.

The Original WiFI Configuration Editor. Allows end user to edit wifi network settings saved in the Android WPA_SUPPLICANT.

Make sure WiFi is enabled and you have at least one Wireless Network created. The app will display a blank screen if no Access Points are defined.
