Features of this app
■Track your progress
Enter your drinking data and the app will automatically calculate the time you've been sober, the number of drinks you've avoided, and the amount of money you've saved. You can also record your daily weight changes.
■Enjoy a fun and game-like experience
As your sober time increases, you will be promoted in your company. Overcome the temptations of the devil and aim for the position of president!
■Push the button when craving!
When you feel the urge to drink, push the "Resist temptation" button and receive support and advice.
■Check your lucky meal and fortune
Check your daily fortune and lucky meal. Enjoy your food as a reward for not drinking!
■Encourage each other on social media
Post a screenshot on social media with the "tweet" button. Use the hashtag #soberman to find like-minded individuals.

■How to use:
1.Enter your drinking data.
(Note: The entered data is saved only locally and will not be known by others.)
2.Press the "START GAME!" button to start quitting drinking!
3.Various sobriety data is automatically calculated and displayed as the result of your efforts.
4.If you want to drink, press the "Resist Temptation!" button to get advice.
5.If you want to change your settings, press the "MENU" button in the upper left corner of the screen and move to "Data Settings" to enter the new data.
6.To share your sobriety data on Twitter or LINE, press the "Twitter" icon button in the upper right corner of the screen. Your sober time and the app screenshot will be automatically entered and posted.
7.Basic operation instructions are explained in the guide that appears when you first launch the app.
